Senior Parker Blau is the Social Media Manager for The Claw. Blau loves to write and has advanced her abilities a lot through practicing the journalistic style. Blau is excited to gain experience for a possible communications major as social media editor.
Blau was accepted into Oxford’s campus to participate in an intensive creative writing class this past summer. She was very grateful for the writing foundation journalism had supported her with while publishing a short story on Amazon as an ebook during the program.
Blau’s favorite aspect of the class is the artistic license provided by Mrs. Henson, differing from the standard writing opportunities offered at Campo. Blau is ready to continue exercising the creative freedom this class supplies.
