(she/her)
Evie Napolitan is a Freshman here at Campolindo High School and enjoys many different hobbies such as camping, playing the flute and guitar, and learning new languages.
At home, Napolitan likes speaking Scots and Japanese with her family. Napolitan also enjoys camping with her family, one of her favorite spots to camp is Las Padres National Forest. Napolitan doesn’t have any siblings, unless you count Asa, her cat. Asa is short for Asagohan which is Japanese for breakfast! Outside of school, Napolitan likes to spend her time practicing the flute and guitar, playing in ensembles or orchestras, and learning new languages!
One of Napolitan’s favorite things to do is write, “writing is kind of my niche” she says, it’s why she decided to join Journalism. Napolitan was looking for a place where she could have the ability to write for fun but was also able to put her words to practical use. That’s when Napolitan
learnt about Journalism here at Campo, and decided that The Claw would be a great place for her! Since she joined Journalism, Napolitan plans to contribute to The Claw by producing as many articles as she can, Napolitan says, “I just want to write, mostly about news, but also events happening around campus.” Napolitan is excited to see what the future holds for her here at The Claw!
