February 9, 2016
The boys’ lacrosse squad is setting their sights on another DFAL league title and a run at the North Coast Section championship. The team returns all of their starters, but head coach Mitchell Frey is still looking for leadership from his current senior class. “We are always striving for our players improvement. We are excited to see all of our upperclassman step into leadership roles this year,” he said.
“We didn’t lose any people last year we had no seniors on the team so our programs really young. We play hard so its going to be exciting,” Senior Kevin Hoffinger said.
Hoffinger, along with fellow seniors Austin Mello and Shea Danforth should provide the veteran leadership their coach is seeking.
“We can not say enough about what our senior class. Through their hard work and commitment our program has turned into am elite program in DFAL and NCS,” said Frey.
