Bruno Mars’ Moonshine Jungle tour hit Oracle Arena on Tuesday, May 27.
R&B singer, Aloe Blacc, famous for his hit single “I’m the Man,” opened the show.
Mars opened the concert with “Moonshine.” Next, in swift succession, came “Natalie,” “Treasure,” and “Billionaire.”
“Treasure” was definitely a crowd favorite.
Mars’ setlist was composed of both old favorites and songs from his new album Moonshine Jungle.
The concert wrapped up with “Just the Way You Are,” followed by 2 great encores. Mars’ provided a drum solo before diving into “Locked Out of Heaven.” He concluded the night with an earth-shaking rendition of “Gorilla.”
Mar’s Moonshine Jungle Tour was fabulous for several reasons.
Mars’ style is reminiscent of other great Pop entertainers, such as Michael Jackson and Prince. His voice is astonishing and he can still sing beautifully while winded from wildly dancing. Mars truly feels the music.
The setlist was was a perfect mixture of Bruno Mars’ classics and songs from the new album.
